The Indiana Bar Foundation has released the 2023-2024 Mock Trial Case. Toomey V. Alameda and all Mock Trial competition information is available here.
Mock Trial is a social and educational opportunity for students to learn about the justice system and judicial branch of government.
Taking on the roles of attorneys and witnesses students will take an in-depth, hands-on learning and appreciation of our society’s approach to dispute resolution and justice.
The program is available for high school classes. Mock Trial is aligned to both social studies and
English Language Arts standards.
