What is Mock Trial?
Mock Trial introduces students to the legal system by allowing them to serve as attorneys and witnesses in simulated trials. Teams prepare and present both sides of a case, developing arguments and courtroom skills.
At competitions, students present before panels of attorneys, judges, and community leaders who evaluate their performance. Regional winners advance to the state competition, and the top team represents Indiana at the national championship.
