First Day of Mock Trial State Finals Completed

Courtrooms located in the Marion County Community Corrections Center are busy this weekend as future lawyers compete in the 2023 Indiana Bar Foundation High School Mock Trial State Finals. Nearly 300 students representing 24 teams from 15 schools are competing in the two-day event.
The weekend schedule includes three rounds of competition trials today (Saturday). Championship Sunday includes a fourth round of trials. Outstanding attorney and witness recognitions and the Dennis Woods Dedication Award will be announced. The Championship Trial begins at 2 p.m.
