The Inaugural Indiana Bar Foundation Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon

The now retired Indiana Supreme Court Justice was lauded for his years of service to the court, military, community, and Foundation.

Scott Wylie, Executive Director of Pro Bono Indiana, received the inaugural Champion of Civil Legal Assistance award for his pro bono advocacy work, dedication to Indiana’s legal community, and his support of the Foundation.

Educator Janet Chandler received the First Champion of Civic Education award. Chandler teaches a variety of classes at Hamilton Southeastern High School in Fishers. Besides teaching and coaching one of the nation’s most successful Mock Trial teams and We the People classes, she is an advocate for civics education.

Outgoing board members were thanked and new members welcomed. The Foundation unveiled its new website and updated IndianaLegalHelp.org logo.
